Hello Maggie,
We have just got back home, did not want to leave your cottage, it was everything that we could have wished for the village was lovely, the meal at the mitre pub was great and so were the hosts! We left the cottage exactly the way we found it except I stripped the bed ready for Rita to change it. It was brill and hope we will be able to rent it again in the near future.
Regards,
Barbara

Hi Maggie Just a quick note to say we really enjoyed our stay in your cottage. We found the countryside beautiful and the village people very nice, We went all over the place and saw lots of interesting things and fell in love with Devon. It is a very long time since we visited this area. thanks again. Kind regards Lesley
Maggie, Just like to say we had a great time at the cottage. You made it very comfortable with all the conveniences but it also had that cosy feel. We left it as clean as we found it so Rita did not have much cleaning to do. Maybe we'll book it again in the Summer. The Christmas decorations was a nice touch. Regards Chris Salfarlie.
Dear Maggie Now I'm back home and into the routine of life and work, it is lovely to have such happy memories of our visit to Devon to treasure. We had a wonderful time in your cottage - it was such a treat - so homely and welcoming. We both fell in love with it and found it very hard to leave behind. It was very nice to find the Xmas tree and decorations - just the rightf estive touch.Xmas lunch at the Mitre was a great success. But what we particularly relished was the peace and quiet and the relative calm. Even in Exeter on Christmas Eve it was not frantic like it is in London. It was also lovely to meet up with my cousins in Uppincott and Ivybridge who I'd not seen since childhood. Many thanks for sharing your lovely home, All the best for 2008,
Vanessa
